Return policy - Cheval Republic Oy

At Cheval Republic, we understand that sometimes shopping doesn't meet your expectations. We want to make the return process as smooth and customer-friendly as possible. We comply with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (38/1978), which guarantees customers the right to return products purchased online within 14 days of receiving the products.

Return right and conditions

• Validity of the right to return: The customer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the products by notifying Cheval Republic. Products to be returned must be unused, in their original packaging and with all tags attached to the product.
• Exceptions to the right of return: Please note that certain products, such as products intended for personal use or customized products, are not covered by the right of return, unless they have been found to have manufacturing defects.
• Return costs: The customer is responsible for the return costs, unless a manufacturing defect has been found in the product. In this case, Cheval Republic will cover the return costs.
• Return procedure: Please contact our customer service (info@chevalrepublic.com) before returning to get instructions and the correct return address. It is important that you include your order number and contact information as well as the completed return form, which can be found on our website, with the return.
• Refund: Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will refund the amount to the original payment method. The refund will be made as soon as possible, at the latest within 14 days of receiving the return. Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded, unless the reason for the return is an incorrect or defective product.
• Exchange: If you want to exchange the product for another size or product, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order on our website.
